We’re excited to announce that our Apprenticeship program is officially open! You may apply on www.ibmapprenticeshipindonesia.com (online registration only) and fill out the registration form there. The submission deadline is February 8th 2013. Applicants who pass the first selection will be invited to attend the Written Test depending on the test location they select when filling out the registration form.

During the program, will I be getting a salary?
You will get a cost allowance. It should be sufficient to cover decent living expenses in the Jakarta area. During the program, you will definitely get a world-class corporate experience and business network.
Will I be offered a job at the end of the program?
IBM Apprenticeship 2013 is calling for fresh graduates to join the apprenticeship program! This might be the ultimate bridge for top talents who wish to start their career opportunities in IBM Indonesia. Find out if you have what it takes to become our next Apprentice!
ABOUT
The Apprenticeship program is 4 months long, consisting of two phases: Enablement and Exposure. The Enablement - obviously - will drag you into information technology, management, and the services realm. During the Exposure phase you will be placed into a real IBM Indonesia working environment.

ELIGIBILITY
- Fresh graduates with less than a year of work experience
- Bachelor degree from any major
- GPA ≥ 3.00
- Strong organizational experiences
- Haven't applied to IBM Apprenticeship program before
- Have completed thesis defense before April 1st, 2013

Will I be offered a job at the end of the program?
Your performance and the way you work with others are some of the key parameters we consider when deciding whether you will be offered a position in IBM at the end of the program. In the past, most participants were eventually offered a job in IBM. Employment in IBM is not guaranteed, however.
I have more than a year's work experience as I have worked since high school. Does it mean that I am not eligible?
We only consider work experience done after graduation. So yes, you're still eligible. We love people who work hard.
