Management Trainees

J&J Management Trainee Program is an 18-month on-the-job program in specific area of Supply Chain. You will have the privilege of being mentored by senior J&J leaders and the opportunity to contribute in achieving business goals.

General Requirements

Bachelor Degree in Industrial Engineering, Informatics, Computer and Statistics Minimum GPA of 3.0 (B) in the scale of 4
1–2 years working experience will be an advantage
Fluent in English, verbal and written
Willing to be posted NATIONWIDE where J&J operates
