- Bachelor degree (max. age 25), Master degree (max. age 27), reputable university
- GPA minimum 3.00 out of scale 4.00 or equivalent
- Experienced candidates are acceptable, with max. 2 years working experience
- Fluent in english (speaking and writing), Japanese speaking is an advantage
