CAREER OPPORTUNITY

We are a multi-national company specialize in providing industry specific software solutions such as : Property/Real Estate, Estate Management, Construction/Engineering/Project Based, Hotel/Club/Resort and Manufacturing/Trading and Distribution.

All our products are integrated with CRM, Business Intelligent and Work Flow Management. Currently we are looking for self-motivated and result-oriented candidates for the following position:

ACCOUNT MANAGERS (SALES)
Responsibilities:

To ensure sales targets are achieved and maintain good customer rapport
Perform pre-sales activities such as prospecting, creating new business opportunities, conducting detailed solution demonstrations, high-level consultative sessions and product walkthroughs
Present and submit to customer with a finalized collaborative proposal with solutions, justifications and expected results to overcome projections and win the business with maximum revenue/margin

Requirement :

Diploma/Degree in any discipline
Proven track record of at least 1 year of successful selling software solutions
Ability to present complex technical and business concepts to all levels of an organization
Relevant experience and knowledge on Microsoft’s MOSS, IBM-Quickr or Lotus Note
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
Possess excellent communication skills
Pleasant personality and ambitious
Dynamic, matured, self-driven, motivated and independent
Possess own transport & willing to travel local and overseas

APPLICATION CONSULTANT (Property Industry)
Responsibility :
Implement & Support Integrated computerized business solutions
Requirement :

Degree/Diploma in Computer sciece or Accounting
Excellent project management skill, must be able to coordinate and manage multiple project, track their progress and meet them within tigh deadline
Self-starter with initiative and able to work independently
Good Command of English would be an advantage

NET PROGRAMMER
Responsibility :
As part of the applications development team responsible for developing, maintaining and implementing the business applications development
Requirement :

Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, and Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma or Professional Degree in Computer Science or equivalent
Strong self-initiative, good analytical and communication skills
Must be willing to travel
Have at least 2 years experience in .Net programming
Have had hands-on development experience in delivering actual projects using any of the technologies listed below
Microsoft C# or Visual Basic .Net
Internet Information Server
RDBMS such as Microsoft SQL Server
COM+ or DCOM technology, XML/XSL
Understanding of MS .Net framework would be advantageous
Certifications such as MCAD, MCSD and MCDBA would be advantageous

SALES EXECUTIVE
Responsibility :
Perform marketing plan (campaign, prospect leading, etc.) and sales of enterprise-wide web based software solutions
Requirements :

Degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Accounting, Communications or Public Relations
Have at least 2-3 years experience in sales & marketing of application software or accounting package
Must have excellent presentation, communication, selling and negotiation skill
Possess own transport
Good Command of English would be an added advantage
