Functional Trainee program
We have established a comprehensive Functional Trainee Program to bring a continuous floe of talented employees into th eadidas Group and to oversee their development within the context of a structured trainee program. The program is designed for talented individuals whose primary interest is to learn the sport indstry business and apply their academic and prior work experiences in our environment.
The Functional Trainee Program is 18 month in duration; we will provide you hands-on work experience and structured development agenda in a specific functional area. Once you have successfully completed the Trainee program, you will become part of our network of talents where your professional development will continue to grow as you will enjoy excelent career prospects and go as far as your abilities will take you.
We are looking for :
- Footwer Sourcing Trainee
- Apprel Sourcing Trainee
Key requitments and attributes:
To become the best sports brand in the world, we naturally the best people. To be qualified, you must:
- be ready for challenges and be geographically mobile
- have polished interpersonal and analytical skills
- be culturally sensitive and willing to learn and work under preasure
- strong English skills, one Asian language is a plus
- possess an university degree in Business, machanical Engineering, garment or textile engineering
- have no more than 3 yers full time work experience, previous in apparel or footwear an advantage
- have a great passion for sport
