OFFICER DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM

We are publicly listed bank in Indonesia. In order to support our expanding business, we are interested to hire young fresh graduates, to undergo the Bank’s in-house training program. This is a highly pressured and intensive program fit only for those who are self-motivated, intellectually disciplined and aspiring young men and women. The program details are as follows:

Training program will last for a period of 6 (six) months
Program will consist of Phase I and Phase II
Phase I will cover 3 (three) month of class-room training
Phase II will be for on-the-job training
Program will cover all aspects of Credit, Marketing and Operational Banking
Upon completion of Phase I and Phase II, the successful candidates will be certified as officers of Bank
They will qualify to become assistant managers and branch managers and/ or members of management team at the Bank’s Head Office in Jakarta

YOU MAY QUALIFY, IF

GPA 3.00 or above
Good team player, work independently, and within disciplined work environment
Computer literate
Good interpersonal skill and pleasant personality
Good command in English or another Asian Language would be additional benefit
