2. Educational background Bachelor Degree in Psychology
3. Having experiences min. 5 years in Property is an advantage
4. Able to use selection tools (DAP, PAPIKOSTICK, MSDT, MBTI, PAULI)
5. Must be able to handle Recruitment activities
6. Possess initiative and ability to follow through as well as good communication skill
7. Good analytical, interpersonal
8. Able to meet dateline and can work under pressure
9. Self motivation, and focus on details
10. Has strong personality and honest
11. Computer literate and Fluent in English

“SAFETY COORDINATOR”

QUALIFICATION

1. Male, maximum age 35 years old
2. Educational background Bachelor Degree in Public Health (Occupational Health and Safety)
3. Minimum 3 years in experienced in the same field preferably from high rise building  (office/apartment/commercial)
4. Possess initiative and ability to follow through as well as good communication skill
5. Good analytical, interpersonal
6. Able to meet dateline and can work under pressure
7. Self motivation, and focus on details
8. Has strong personality and honest
9. Computer literate and Fluent in English

KEY COMPETENCIES

1. Carry out risk assessments on Building activities
2. Responsible to conduct Fire drills and Personnel Safety Training and keep records. To communicate effectively with the maintenance team relative to the condition of the building equipment and performance and to provide suggestions for improvements
3. Responsible for implementation of Building safety policy according to the assigned plan
4. To identify and actively seek to improve safety procedures
5. Investigate all accidents and incidents in the Building
6. Maintenance and update records of Fire Fighting Appliances

“ESTIMATOR”

QUALIFICATION

1. Male, maximum age 30 years old
2. Educational background minimum Diploma Degree in Architecture / Civil
3. Minimum 3 years in experienced in the same field preferably from high rise building  (office/apartment/commercial)
4. Having knowledge estimate calculation volume of works (BQ)
5. Able to use Autocad program
6. Possess initiative and ability to follow through as well as good communication skill
7. Good analytical, interpersonal
8. Able to meet dateline and can work under pressure
9. Self motivation, and focus on details
10. Has strong personality and honest
11. Computer literate and Fluent in English
