Warehouse Supervisor
Kalimantan (Banjarmasin dan Samarinda)
Responsibilities:
- Supervise all warehouse management process of parts and equipment in order to meet customer expectations.
- Organize and conduct weekly meeting with the team to review performance, service failure and operational problems.
- Do periodically stock opname which the time will be determined by the Warehouse Manager and management.
- Ensure the security of the warehouse
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Industrial), Economics or equivalent.
- Required languages: English, Bahasa Indonesia
- At least 3 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably Coordinator/Supervisors specializing in Purchasing/Inventory/Material & Warehouse Management or equivalent. Job role in Warehouse or equivalent.
- Familiar and understanding on Supply Chain/ Logistics activities.
- Familiar with the Safety requirements Warehouse or Project Shipments (Loading and Unloading, Distribution).
- Able to work with minimum supervision, take initiative and be proactive in addressing improvement opportunities.
- Computer literate.
Sales Executive
Cilandak, Jakarta Selatan
Responsibilities:
- The objective of the Sales Executive is to achieve and grow the revenue, profitability, and trading base accounts targeted of these segment through : a. The sales acquisition of new customers as targeted. b. Gaining and Improvement of profitability
- The above will be a result of :
a. Presenting one face to customer
b. Selling the full range of CKB products and solutions
c. Serving on flexible customer focused approach
Requirements:
- Male/ Female, Between 25-35 years old
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in any field.
- Required skills: TOEFL min. 500, B to B Selling Skills, Negotiation & Presentation
- At least 3 years of working experience in the related field. Preferably Coordinator/Supervisors specializing in Sales - Corporate or equivalent. Having own vehicle.
- Preferably having logistics knowledge.
- Travel is required.
HRGA Manager
Jakarta Utara - Cakung
Responsibilities:
- Involve in all HR GA functions ie. Performance Management, Recruitment & Selection, Training & Development, General Affair.
- Ensure that HR practices and policies comply with the legislation.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Law or equivalent from Reputable University with min GPA 3.00.
- At least 5 years of working experience as a manager in the related field
- Preferably Manager / Assistant Managers specializing in Human Resources or equivalent.
- 1 Full-Time positions available.
Product Development Manager
Jakarta Selatan - Cilandak
Responsibilities:
- Identify the possibility of current products development of 4 major CKB parent product (Integrated Logistics Services, Project Logistics, Warehouse Management and Shorebase Management) which align with customers requirement and company future direction
- Develop products that has good impact on services offers to customers with good margin
- Develop products with differentiate with competitors
- Present product comparison or recommendation and costing to management
- Prepare technical documents and approval papers
- Prepare the manual handbook of the products
- Lead the training of new products development
- Align and communicate the planning of the new product with internal related party such as sales, business development, operation, shared services and top management
- Always review competitor’s products and report it to management
- Drive the implementation of a Product Management team within the company
- Manage the existing stable of products and lead the ongoing development of enhancements to support increased value to customers.
- Gather and analyze feedback from sales, marketing, operations and partners/prospects to set the strategic vision for existing products and development of new products
- Liaising the execution of customer research with marketing intelligence team to further support rationale for product development and positioning within the marketplace
- Direct our internal process to define the product strategy, roadmap and priorities
- Research, develop & implement a best processes strategy for new product development, launch and analysis
- Develop requirements documents and use cases for new product features.
- Monitor the status of development projects supporting new features
- Product life cycle & profitability management
- Provide guidance and direction on developing new products and managing the lifecycle of existing products
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Commerce or equivalent.
- At least 5 year(s) of working experience in product development and Commercial management (preferable with consumer goods background) Strong market sector awareness in supply chain
- Communication capability at senior/board level
- Recognized general and people management skill
