Aftersales Marketing Development:
The position holder is fully responsible for the Aftersales business development and implementation of customer relevant Aftersales services following the full compliance to BMW AG guidelines.

He/she has the overall responsibility for developing and executing Aftersales Marketing strategies and development for the enhancements of Parts, Accessories & Lifestyle business as well as the 4th Level business.

Qualifications

  1. Degree in Business Management or Marketing
  2. Good interpersonal and negotiation skills.
  3. Male, 27 – 33 years old
  4. Effective communication skills, good listening skills, analytical skills, ability to plan and organize
  5. Fluent in English, both oral & written
  6. High degree of Computer Literacy
  7. Ability to present to groups

Experiences

  • Minimum 5 years of related experience (in the automotive industry is an advantage), and Preferably in the area of sales and marketing/ parts logistic.  

Corporate Communications Specialist:

Support Director of Corporate Communications in developing communication strategy to the stakeholders in the market. It will be mainly but not limited to the media strategy and implementation with the business, automotive and lifestyle press to generate positive perception and attitude toward BMW Indonesia, BMW brand and products.

Prepare press release and its distribution to the media, follow up day to day media request for test drive, information and interviews and to ensure that only appropriate information is provided to the media.Ensure that test drive cars are in top performance and quality prior to presentation to the press, coordinate and arrange press conferences and press events; prepare quarterly news update for dealers, arrange travel itinerary for media and supervisor.

Qualifications
  1. Female – 26 – 30 years old
  2. Good organizational skills
  3. Good communication and interpersonal skills
  4. Fluent in English, both oral & written
  5. Degree in PR or Marketing
  6. Pleasan

Experience
  • 3 - 5 years experience in areas of PR or communication.
IT Staff

Reporting to IT Manager:

  1. To analyse the needs for the computer system for the management information and functional operations.
  2. To recommend, implement and monitor management information system policy, and control to ensure data accuracy, security, legal and regulatory compliance.
  3. To communicate with program regarding bugs and follow up to make computer make sure fixes are received and tested.
  4. To provide support to end user in the selection, procurement, usage, and maintenance of software programs and hardware.
  5. To manage computer operation scheduling, backup, storage and retrieve functions.
  6. To train and assist help desk representative in solving non routine or complex software, hardware, and procedure problem.
  7. To develop, maintain, and test disaster recovery plan.
  8. To conduct preliminary negotiation with consultants, contractors, technical personnel and supplier for service and product.

Qualifications:
  1. Bachelor degree in  IT engineering
  2. Able to communicate in English
  3. Familiar with W2K server, W2K3 server, ubuntu/linux.
  4. Understand LAN, switches, cabling
  5. Having good knowledge in supporting Desktop (Win XP), network installation, and troubleshooting.
  6. Honest, eager to help peoples.
  7. Preferable man
  8. Minimum 3 years experience
  9. Male, 25 – 28 years old
