Position 1: Associate

Reports to: Head of Project Division, Samsung C&T Corp Jakarta Office.
Position Summary
As a member of Samsung C&T Jakarta Office, Associate must follow up the marketing of project business, such as power plant, petrochemical plant, infrastructure project etc.

Position Summary
As a member of Samsung C&T Jakarta Office, Associate must follow up the marketing of project business, such as power plant, petrochemical plant, infrastructure project etc.
Primary Responsibilities
- Getting Information and report to HQ of infrastructure projects in Indonesia. i.e. power plant, petrochemical plants, infrastructure project.
- Surveying Local Construction Company’s activities regularly and recommend to Head-quarter the best competitive Local Subcontractor.
- Making strong connection to the Purchaser such as State Own Enterprise who issued the tender for infrastructure projects . Making constant relationship with them in order to get the information in advance that is necessary for infrastructure projects
Required Qualifications
- Have knowledge of mechanical and/or electrical engineering skills
- Skills in motivating, developing, and directing people and management of personnel resources.
- Very fluent English speaking and reading ability required to communicate with Corporate HQ, overseas offices and business partners. Fluency in Korean a plus.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint, Internet software, and other related systems essential for day-to-day responsibilities.
- Physical requirement apt for carrying out general office duties, including operating standard office equipments such as computer, keyboard, printer, calculator, photocopier, telephone, etc.
- Completion of a bachelor's degree at an accredited college or universit
Position 2: Steel Sales Executive
Compensation: negotiable
Job description:
- Sourcing steel products(Plate, Beam, Bar, HR, CR, GI, etc.) from overseas(Korea, China etc.) steel mills and supplying(import) them to customers in Indonesia
- Creating business with the steel stockists
- Supplying steel for engineering & construction projects in Indonesia
- Making an accurate research of the Indonesia steel market
- Developing new steel customers & business model in Indonesia
- Managing customers by providing timely information about markets & prices
Requirement in general:
- Male or Female
- Age: 20 – 40
- University graduation
- Min. 1 year experience in steel sales
- Having work experience in an Int’l Steel Trading Co. top preferable.
- Wide knowledge of Indonesia’s steel distribution market preferable.
- Strong human net-work
- Positive, ambitious and outgoing personality
- MS- Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Good written and spoken English skills.
- Speaking Chinese Preference
