PRODUCTION SKILLED OPERATOR  ( Code: PSO )

• Able to operate production machines as per SOP (Standing Operation Procedure)
• Ensure to achieve the target product Quality and Productivity during the shift run
• Do TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) and Cleaning program effectively on the machineries under his area of control
• Records the shift outcome in the SAP manufacturing system
• Apply effectively the NGMP (Nestle Good Manufacturing Practices) and SHE (Safety, Hygienic and Environment) program on his area of control

Requirements :

1. Minimum graduated from  Diploma-1 of Technical (Mechanical, Electrical and Chemical, Industrial, Manufacture, Mechatronic, Food Technology) or the equivalent, with minimum GPA 2.8
2. 1 – 2 years of working experiences in similar Industry will be an advantage
3. Able to comprehend instructions in English
4. Willing to learn new things and share the knowledge to others eagerly
5. Willing to work in shift rotation
6. Able to work alone or as team member with minimum supervision

PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR ( Code: PS )

1. Supervise effectively the production crew during the shift run
2. Organise the production operations, control the resources ( materials, labor and company assets) to produce product at the right quality, quantity and cost
3. Take immediate measures to trouble shoot in case of finding quality deviation or operational anomaly
4. Ensuring the record of the shift outcomes in the SAP manufacturing system
5. Analyze the operational performance gaps and recommend improvement plan in order to enhance further the line performance
6. Ensuring correct implementation of NGMP (Nestle Good Manufacturing Practice) and SHE (Safety, Hygiene and Environment) program  in his scope of control during shift run.
7. Perform other duties as required by his/her direct Superior

1. Minimum graduated from S1 majoring in of Technical (Mechanical, Electrical and Chemical, Industrial, Manufacture, Mechatronic, Food Technology), Science (Biology, Chemistry), Economices (Accounting) or the equivalent, with minimum GPA 2,80
2. 1 – 3 years working experiences in similar Industry is an advantage
3. Able to communicate & comprehend instructions in English
4. Ability to coach his / her team members
5. Willing to work in shift rotation
6. Able to work alone or as team member with minimum supervision
