Job description:
- Plan and coordinate overall marketing activities within country/cluster
- Support local implementation of 1-Year Marketing Plan
- Lead local implementation of marketing offer including programs and promotions
- Coordinate Public Relations, market research and media implementation activity within country
- Interface with approved advertising agencies and service providers regarding implementation
- Coordinate MarComm budget within country/cluster
- Act as marketing interface with local management and sales teams
- Evaluate program effectiveness / suggest improvement opportunities
- Feed Market data and market intelligence to zone advisors including updated market maps and completed templates from the Speed to Market Workbook
- Track marketing OPEX expenditure within the country
- Ensure implementation of safety, security and control procedures in the working environment.

- Focused business development in key sectors through distributor network
- Support distributors in implementing approved Sales and Marketing Plan/Programs for respective market
- Stewardship of respective LOB product line, introduction of new products &packs and responsible to provide actionable inputs on pricing
- In-country subject matter expert for selected sectors across LOB
- Work with distributors to develop an effective annual business plan with focus on key sectors and activities needed to support execution
- Monthly monitoring of volume, product mix and margins
- Foster the communication and cross-functional cooperation required to operate in a matrix organization.
Business Development Specialist - PT ExxonMobil Lubricants Indonesia
Job Description:
- Promote sales of Mobil branded lubricants through building a strong support base amongst chosen Equipment Builders (EB) and Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEM) in Indonesia
- Identify and capture new emerging opportunities through systematic effort and maintain a full pipeline of such opportunities
- Maintain and leveragein-country relationships with EB and OEM where a global or regional relationship already exists
- Execute the approved sales processes as required for Global/National Accounts including the selling process, Pipeline Management and Sales Planning
- Ascertain and address the technical/ technology needs of the customers in consultation with functional expertise within the company and champion the business development efforts
- Maintain and enhance service levels to EB/ OEM customers through timely action on customer complaints and feedback in coordination with the respective functional group
Qualification:
- Graduate Degreein any major with preferably GPA of 3.25 or higher out of 4.0 or equivalent; Engineering degree with post-graduate business degree is preferred
- 3 to 6 years of relevant work experience in top ranking companies
- Excellent spoken and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Demonstrated ability in ensuringflawless implementation of safety, security and controls procedures in the working environment
- Excellent analytical and interpersonal skills; ability to multi-task is essential
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Capable of leading a team and willing to be an effective team player
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
- Able to work successfully in a changing environment and meet tight deadlines
