General Requirements:

  1. Fluent in English (speaking and writing): TOEIC score 750 above or TOEFL score 500 above;
  2. Hold a minimum of Bachelor Degree  from reputable University in Indonesia or Overseas University with min GPA 3.00 (out of 4.00);
  3. Able and has good experience in using Microsoft Office programs such as MS. Word, MS. Excel and MS. Power Point;
  4. Have excellent interpersonal and analytical skill, able to work in a dynamic working environment, highly motivated, hardworking, responsible, willing to learn, excellent team player and able to work with minimum supervision.

Specific Requirements:

Senior Legal Saff (Sr.L.S)
  1. Graduated from Law studies;
  2. Have minimum 5 years experience as Legal Officer and specialize in Corporate Banking;
  3. Have good Legal analytical thinking.
Relationship Manager (R.M)
  1. Have minimum 3 years experience as Relationship Manager for Corporate Banking and specialize in Transaction Banking, Trade Finance;
  2. Familiar with Banking product and have experience in developing new banking product.
Credit Reviewer (Cr. R)
  1. Graduated from Economic or Finance studies is preferable;
  2. Have minimum 3 years experience as Credit Reviewer and specialize in Corporate Banking;
  3. Have good knowledge in credit for Corporate Banking area.
Operation Auditor (Op. A)
  1. Have minimum 3 years experience as Operation Auditor in Banking Industry;
  2. Have good knowledge about Operation  field and Bank Indonesia’s regulation;
  3. Have experience working in listed Accountant Public Firm is preferable.
HR Planning Staff (P.S)
  1. Have minimum 3 years experience in handling Recruitment and Compensation & Benefit;
  2. Advance in operating MS Office programs such as MS Word, MS Excel and Power Point.
HR Learning & Development Staff as Learning Facilitator (L.F)
  1. Have minimum 2 years working experience as trainer for soft skill modules;
  2. Have background from Financial Industry or Hotel Industry is preferable;
  3. Has a strong knowledge about ROTI (Return On Training Investment) would be an advantage;
Business Analyst (B.A)
  1. Major in Computer Science or Information Technology is preferable;
  2. Have minimum 3 years experience as Business Analyst in Banking Industry, specialize in managing projects;
  3. Have good knowledge in quality assurance and understand about the project progress control, basic banking, basic accounting, business analysis and system testing;
  4. Have computer skill of RPG programming in AS/400.
System Analyst (S. An)
  1. Major in Computer Science or Information Technology is preferable;
  2. Have minimum 1 year experience as System Analyst;
  3. Have minimum 1 year programming experience using object-oriented languages or object-oriented application development tools such as Eclipse or Visual Studio;
  4. At least one year experience using SQL with relational database such as MySQL or MS SQL Server.
Accounting Staff (A.S)
  1. Major in Accounting;
  2. Have minimum 3 years experience in Banking industry handling reporting especially regulatory report for monthly (LBU) and any other regulatory report;
  3. Understand about PSAK 50/55 and have experience working  in  listed Public Accountant Office in handling Banking
  4. industry is preferable.
Finance Staff (F.S)
  1. Major in Accounting;
  2. Have minimum 2 years experience in handling finance and payment matter for Finance Industry is preferable.
Assistant Relationship Manager (A.R.M)
  1. Have minimum 1 year experience as ARM in Corporate Banking is preferable;
  2. Have Japanese language ability is preferable.
Banking Operational Staff (B.O.S)
  1. Fresh graduate;
  2. Have experience in banking industry is preferable.
