VACANCY

We are a fast growing company in the property business (high rise building with UOB Tower-45 floor as our first project). We need a highly motivated person to support our projects (Office building and apartment) as :

ARCHITECT

ELECTRICAL DESIGNER

Qualification

Male max age 30 year old (1,2)
Education background minimum S1 in Architecture (1) and Electrical Engineer (2)
Experience min. 3 years in the same role (!,2)
Strong ability in creating a concept, developing a design, freehand sketching and other associated skills such as Auto Cad, documentation and construction detailing skill (1)
Strong design development skill for the installation of Electrical equipment component and the ability to lead and supervise the development process (2)
Ability to work flexible hour to meet deadline (1.2)
Fluent in oral & written English (1,2)
Enthusiastic person with high attention to details and independent (1,2)
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate and maintain the accounting procedures with other department (1,2)
