HR Assistant - Employee Communication & Benefit

(Jawa Barat - Desa Wanaherang, Gunung Putri, Bogor)

Responsibilities:

  1. To support and communicate HR related information to all employees (New Regulation, HR Issue, company event, etc.)
  2. To maintain HR related information in employee communication media (intranet, employee magazine, company bulletin board, etc.)
  3. To provide administrative support to Human Resource Department, particularly in the areas of benefit and employee communications.
  4. To support the expatriate administration.
Requirements:
  1. Excellent in English and Bahasa is a must.
  2. Bachelor's Degree in HR Management, Communication, Business Administration, Management or equivalent.
  3. Good business correspondences skill.
  4. Creative Writing; experience in writing articles would be an advantage.
  5. Computer literate: MSOffice – Words, PowerPoint & Excel.
  6. Good communication and organization skill.
  7. Good interpersonal skill, timely, and self motivated.
  8. Minimum 1 year working experience; Fresh Graduates with high interest in Employee Communication are welcome to apply.
  9. Permanent position in available.
