Developing Training Need Analysis (TNA), designing, planning, preparing, delivering and evaluating soft skill training programs for Dexa Medica employees in order to develop employee’s soft skill competencies so as to become more competent and professional. Based in Bintaro.
If you:
- Hold a bachelor degree (any major), min GPA of 3.00 (Fresh graduates are welcome)
- Have a “can do” attitude
- Are active in campus organizations
- Have no issues with travelling and enjoy public speaking
- Always want to strive for excellence, act professionally and deal with care
And you are:
- Not older than 27 years
- Energetic, extroverted and assertive
- Open minded, willing to learn new things and you get along with people easily
