PT Rekadaya Elektrika has a wide area of services in electric power industry sector as EPC contracting (Engineering, Procurement & Construction) for Power Plant, Network, Distribution and SCADA projects of which the company belongs to PT PLN (Persero) through PT PJB, PT Indonesia Power, PT PLN Batam , YPK PLN and PT Rekayasa Industri. in line with the company planning and goal to strengthen the management and project team, we invite a competent and challenge-seeking professional to be positioned as follows :

GENERAL REQUIREMENTS

Minimum S1 Engineering
Proficient in computer for Engineering Software
Age between 25 - 45 years old
Able to use MS Project, AutoCAD 2008, Win Est., Primavera, Ms. Office & Internet
Technical, detail oriented problem solver, hard worker and under pressure
Having strong leadership and people management skills
Excellent in English, both written and spoken
Willing to be located at any project location
Willing to work hard and team work

ESTIMATOR (CIVIL , MECHANICAL)

Specific Requirements :

The candidate should have experience in similar position, must have good analytical and negotiation skills, with minimum experience 3 years in Power Plant or similar project.

PROPOSAL PROJECT OFICER

Specific Requirements :

The candidate should have experience in similar position, administer all proposal & tender preparation and submission to Client; to administer all correspondence hardcopy and electronic, related to the estimating and proposals; as a document control for hardcopies and soft copies of proposal and tender documents, transmittal advice, and other tasks related with proposal and tender, with minimum experience 3 years in Power Plant or similar project.

SCM OFFICER (BUYER MECHANICAL, CIVIL, I&C)

Specific Requirements :

The candidate should have experience in similar position, Having knowledge of sourcing and assessment of suppliers and procurement management, maintenance part preventive & Production tools is an advantage, Core competencies: Procurement/Purchasing, Negotiation skill; Costing, Customer service and Achievement Orientation, with minimum experience 3 years in Power Plant or similar project.

SHIPPING & EXPEDITING

Specific Requirements :

The candidate should have experience in similar position, Deep knowledge about import documentation, with minimum experience 3 years in Power Plant or similar project.

HRM OFFICER (HRM)

S1 degree from Psychology/Business Management/Legal with min. GPA 3 of 4.0
Male/Female with age max. 35 years
Min. 3 years exp. in HR Strategy, Development, Policy & Procedures, Payroll, Remuneration, Employee Relation and Manpower Regulation
Having knowledge in assets maintenance and industrial legal documentation process
Having strong leadership and people management skills
High sense of personal integrity, discretion, initiative and good judgment
Strong interpersonal communication skill, good in English, both oral and written
Have knowledge in ISO 9001:2000 implementation.
Willing to work hard and team work

IT SUPPORT (IT)

Requirements:

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Knowledge and experience in Windows server operating systems, network configuration, administration and troubleshooting knowledge and experience.
Technical knowledge of printer hardware/software technology.
Willingness to work overtime and under pressure and must have the ability to work flexibly and on own initiative.
Must be fluent in English (verbal, written, comprehension).
Able to create technical documents for end-users and support teams to use.
Enthusiastic, energetic and a team player.
Analytical problem solving skills and strong reporting and technical writing.
Initiate and execute improvement point for the operation of IT Infrastructure.
Ability to communicate with all levels of staff.
