- Male/Female, single
- Age not more than 27 years old
- Fresh graduate from reputable university (with min. GPA 3.00)
- Or professional with less than 1 years experience
- Fast learner, proactive, and strong analytical skill
Successful candidates will be trained in and equipped with leadership as well as various business aspects, and will be assigned in various departments before being placed in a certain position.
