JAVA – J2EE DEVELOPER

1. 2+ years of Java/J2EE development experience
2. 2+ years experience supporting applications using Java/J2EE, EJB, Web Services, Linux/Unix, JBOSS, WebLogic/Websphere, and PL/SQL(Oracle).
3. 2+ years experience supporting large scale web-based integrated applications.
4. Excellent understanding of Object Oriented methodology, analysis and design.
5. Experience in common java application framework such as: Struts, Spring and Hibernate
6. Good spoken and written communication skills in English

1. 2+ years as a Technical Support Engineer, Technical Analyst
2. 2+ years experience supporting a highly available and secure application environment.
3. Experience in Enterprise Application Server such as websphere, weblogic, JBoss
4. Expertise using ticket/case tracking tools for documenting customer requests and incidents.

BUSINESS SYSTEM ANALYST (Telco/Cellular Industries)

Mandatory skill set

1. Familiar with Software Development Life Cycle
2. Familiar with multiple approaches to problem solving
3. Hands on in gathering user requests into technical specifications and system architecture
4. Liaisons between vendors and IT professionals
5. 2+ years experiences as business system analyst and design large scale integrated application
6. Familiar on unix/linux OS, Oracle Database, C++/Java environment.
7. Good spoken and written communication skills in English

1. 2+ years as a Business System Analyst in telecommunication industry especially cellular operator.
2. 2+ years experience supporting a highly available and secure application environment.

PROJECT MANAGER (SOFTWARE IMPLEMENTATION)

Mandatory skill set

1. Strong leadership and excellent communication skill
2. Experiences as Project Manager for system implementation, telecommunication experiences is mandatory
3. Good knowledge of Software Development Life Cycles and Implementation Methodology

1. Certified in Project Management is advantage

Key responsibilities include :

To manage project delivery of PPI implementation in timely manner with the following activities :

1. Liaison between local vendors and overseas management team in terms of the delivery schedule, tasks allocation.
2. Effectively communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion
3. Estimate the resources and participants needed to achieve project goals.
4. Draft and submit budget proposals, and recommend subsequent budget changes where necessary
5. Coach, mentor, motivate and supervise project team members and contractors, and influence them to take positive action and accountability for their assigned work.
6. Suggest and apply any business relationships vital to the success of the Projects
7. Define best practices, tools and apply them in project execution and management.
8. Conduct project post mortems and create a recommendations report in order to identify successful and unsuccessful project elements
9. Periodic Evaluation & Reporting for team performance and issues.
10. Daily monitoring of team member’s activities
11. Complete and settle contract
12. Finalize all activities to close the project / project phase
13. Project Closing
