MANAGEMENT DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM
The IDS Group is continually seeking Management Trainees to ensure that there will be a continual low of talent throughout the organization.
Management Trainees will undergo a 1,5-year development program that is designed to equip with an in-depth exposure to the business and to prepare for a management career with IDS. Trainees will be required to perform a line function very early in the program and will be expected to multitask, with full exposure to other activities within the chosen operations. Additionally, all trainees will be expected to undertake specific project work. Yearly performance reviews and regular feedback will be conducted.

How Will You Selected
Qualified bachelors /or masters in Economy, Engineering, Pharmacies, Marketing, Supply Chain and other Business or Management from reputable universities with excellent remarks combined with strong leadership and teamwork abilities, outstanding communication and people oriented qualities, be comfortable to work in operations and deal with changes and new opportunities. Be open to different experiences and be flexible in undertaking a variety of tasks. Some working and/or organization experience is desirable.
