- S-1: Metallurgical / Material Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical and Electronics Engineering, Physics / Instrumentation Engineering, and Mechatronical Engineering
- D-3: Mechanical Engineering & Electronics Engineering
- GPA: minimum 2,75 (at scale: 4)
- Male & Single
- Maximum age: 27 years for S1 & 25 years for D3, at 31 January 2010
- Active English with minimum TOEFL score: 450 (please attach the certificate)
- Not currently engaged in any contract with other companies
